I didn't arrive at this work through textbooks. I arrived through lived experience — through my own pain, my own healing, and the fierce determination to ensure my children wouldn't inherit the trauma I carried.
As a mum of three, I know what it means to carry the weight of generational patterns while trying to raise a family. I know the exhaustion, the triggers, the moments when your body reacts before your mind can catch up. And I know the profound freedom that comes when you finally release what was never yours to carry.
My approach is rooted in compassionate inquiry, somatic healing, and the understanding that trauma lives in the body — not just the mind. Through breathwork and nervous system regulation, I help you access the parts of yourself that have been locked away, suppressed, or forgotten.
I believe that true healing is transformational, not transactional. It's not about quick fixes or surface-level techniques. It's about going deep — into the subconscious mind, into the nervous system, into the parts of you that have been running on survival mode for far too long.
