1:1 Private Transformational Session

Compassionate Enquiry + Transformational Breathwork · 90 Minutes

This is not a surface-level session. This is deep, body-led transformation.

Your 1:1 experience is a powerful combination of compassionate enquiry and a full 60-minute transformational breathwork journey — designed to access the root of what's truly holding you back, not just manage the symptoms.

We Begin With Compassionate Enquiry

A guided, intuitive conversation where we gently explore what's present for you. This is where we uncover the patterns beneath the patterns.

The overthinking.

The emotional triggers.

The self-sabotage.

The feeling of being stuck, disconnected, or not fully yourself.

Together, we trace this back to the origin in the body and subconscious — often rooted in past experiences, conditioning, or identities you once needed to stay safe… but no longer serve you.

This is done in a way that feels safe, grounded, and deeply supportive — not overwhelming or retraumatising.

Then We Move Into Breathwork

Using a continuous, connected breathing technique, we bypass the thinking mind and access the body where everything is stored. This is where the real shift happens.

Breathwork allows you to:

  • Release suppressed emotions and stored trauma
  • Clear energetic and nervous system blockages
  • Dissolve old identities and survival patterns
  • Regulate your nervous system at a deep, cellular level
  • Create new internal safety to receive, feel, and expand

As the breath opens the body, you may experience emotional release, clarity, deep calm, or powerful insights. This is your body letting go of what it no longer needs to carry. Not through force… but through safety.

Integration

At the end of the session, we integrate the experience — anchoring in what has shifted and supporting your system to reprogram into a more regulated, aligned state.

The Reset Collective

Midweek Reset · 60-Minute Nervous System Reset + Breathwork

The Midweek Reset is your pause in the middle of the chaos. A space to step out of the pressure, the noise, the constant doing… and come back into your body, your breath, and yourself.

But this isn't just a session. This is a community of women doing this work together.

What Makes This Different

You're not doing this alone. You're inside a space where women are choosing to regulate instead of react. Where women are learning to feel instead of suppress. Where women are returning to themselves… together.

There is something deeply powerful about regulating your nervous system in a shared space. Your body feels it. Your nervous system responds to it. Because safety isn't just created internally — it's also felt in connection.

Simple, relatable understanding of why you feel the way you do — so you stop thinking something is wrong with you.

Body-Based Regulation Tools

Hands-on techniques to release tension and signal safety to the body — jaw, chest, and body release, grounding techniques, and simple tools you can use in real life.

Guided Breathwork Journey

The core of the session. A powerful breath-led experience to release stored stress and emotion, calm the mind, shift out of survival mode, and reset your nervous system. This is where your body lets go of what you've been holding.

You land the experience feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected.
