The Reset Method: 4-Week Intensive is built on a simple truth: real, lasting nervous system change doesn't happen in a single session. It happens through consistent, supported, progressive work — over enough time for the nervous system to actually rewire.

Four weeks is the minimum meaningful period for lasting change according to neuroplasticity research. This programme is designed to use every one of those weeks intentionally.

You will work directly with Shona. Closely. This is not a course — it is a live, responsive, individually tailored container.

Weekly Live 1:1 Sessions with Shona (4 × 90 mins)

Each session is tailored to where you are that week — not a preset curriculum. Shona tracks your progress, adjusts the approach, and holds you through the specific territory your system is moving through.

Weekly Personalised Breathwork Journey

Shona assigns a specific journey from her library (or creates a personalised version) based on what your 1:1 session revealed.

WhatsApp Access — Monday to Friday

Voice note and text support between sessions. When something comes up — which it will — you're not alone with it. Shona responds within 24 hours.

Built for you specifically over the 4 weeks: regulation tools, somatic practices, and daily rituals calibrated to your nervous system's specific patterns.

Week 1: Shadow Work & Inner Child

Understanding your system and creating the first openings

This week is about getting honest with what's actually happening in your nervous system — not the story about it, the physiology of it. You and Shona will map your specific dysregulation patterns, identify the entry points into your system, and begin creating the first genuine openings for change.

By the end of Week 1: you will have a vocabulary for your own nervous system, tools to interrupt your dominant stress pattern, and your first real experience of what regulation feels like.

Week 2: Release & Regulate

Building the foundation that allows deeper work

Week 2 goes below the surface. Now that your system has a sense of the work, Shona guides you into the deeper layers — the older patterns, the body-held material, the roots of your current experience. This is often the most emotionally intense week. It is held accordingly.

By the end of Week 2: you will have accessed material your system has been holding for years. You may feel tender, open, and significantly lighter — or you may feel like something has been stirred up. Both are correct. This is where the real healing begins.

Week 3: Rewire & Reprogram

Who are you without the survival programming?

Once the clearing work of Weeks 1 and 2 has created space, Week 3 asks: now what? This week focuses on the identity shift that genuine healing requires — who you are when you're not in survival mode, what you want, how you want to live, who you want to be.

By the end of Week 3: you will have a clearer, more embodied sense of your own values, desires, and direction — not as abstract concepts, but as felt experience.

Week 4: New Identity & Integration

Building the life your regulated nervous system can live

The final week is about making it real and sustainable. How do you maintain this baseline of regulation in an actual life — with children, work, relationships, unpredictability? Shona works with you on the practical architecture of your regulated life: daily practices, boundary patterns, relational dynamics, and the plan for what comes after.

By the end of Week 4: you will have a complete, personalised regulation system that is integrated into your real life — not something that only works on retreat.

Week 5: Anchor the Transformation

Follow-up session to anchor the transformation and build your maintenance blueprint.

Week 5 is a dedicated follow-up session held one week after the programme ends. You and Shona will consolidate what changed, identify what still needs tending, and build a personalised maintenance blueprint — so the work you've done doesn't dissolve back into everyday life.

By the end of Week 5: you will have a clear, practical plan for maintaining your new baseline — the tools, rhythms, and practices that keep your nervous system regulated long after the programme ends.
